I took my son last time and the service was great. This time, my son and I both needed a cut. It's a saturday, I get everywhere is busy. 8 employees were working and the young gentlemen at the desk told us up to a 20 minute wait with 2 people in front of us. We left after waiting 40 minutes. Didn't say anything, just left. I even looked at the note pad they write your name's on and my son was next. If I knew it was gonna take up to 45 minutes or so. My son and I could've walked around to kill time. Please give your customers a better estimated wait time.

Terrible..horrible.. bad..If you have 3 hours for haircut go for it they talk too much and make people wait forever they stop in between haircuts to walk around and talk BS.. drinking starbucks is more important than cutting hair they are bad.. no bueno no vallan se tardan 3 horas y no sirven
