Holiday Inn Express & Suites DFW Airport - Grapevine at 309 West State Highway 114, Grapevine, Texas.

Terrible!
I got a call in my room 4am saying that the hotel got an intruder and they needed to check all my information.
I almost gave my credit card information to whoever was calling.
After the call I couldn’t sleep anymore and I called the reception and they said that it is something that has been happening.
How come they don’t tell you at the check-in that this is happening? They need to inform the guests so people don’t freak out or give personal information to the wrong people.
Holiday inn if you cannot figure out your problems at least inform your guests!
