Very disappointed. I guess because they worked over 80 hours this last week they couldn’t keep their commitment to our order. But hey that is the business, isn’t it during a holiday you work a bit more. Our family sweet 16th birthday tradition completely ruined by the rudest of this shop. My mother is out of state & still wanted to do our tradition for my daughter so I gave her City Lotus’ information since I love our Main Street businesses. Well little to be said when my husband went in to pick up the sugar cube corsage the owner snapped at him saying there where no corsages today, Mother’s Day was yesterday. Then when she realized she did to have an order she told him would not be ready till tonight, that she still had to go to the store to get the sugar cubes & so on in a very rude matter. Also stating that my mom never gave her a time...really so we were just randomly going to go in there hoping it would be ready for pick up. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!! Completely rude... there are other small businesses that you can give your hard earned money to!!!
