AutoZone at 1515 West Northwest Highway, Grapevine, Texas.

My wife and we're visiting from out of state. We were having some car troubles and stopped to get a few things. After we left, the trouble got worse and we turned around and came back for something else. Our car basically broke down right as we were pulling back in to the parking lot. We called a tow truck and had to wait a looooong time for it to get here. But one of the employees, Darwin, (I think he is a manager) took it upon himself and voluntarily waited for over an hour after closing time so we wouldn't have to wait in the dark. He was very kind and hospitable. We very much appreciated him doing that. It shows the good character and high quality of service at this location.
